Continental & Regional Mentoring
Continental & Regional Mentoring provides ongoing support, accountability, and strategic guidance to national coordinators, master trainers, and key leaders across West Africa and increasingly beyond.
Activities include one-on-one coaching, quarterly strategy calls, annual regional gatherings, peer learning sessions, troubleshooting project challenges, and vision alignment. The focus is long-term sustainability — helping leaders avoid burnout, maintain theological clarity, scale their impact, and raise up the next generation.
This relational investment has built strong networks in 9+ countries, fostering collaboration, shared resources, and a unified movement for church-based wholistic transformation across the region.
